Route 66 Development Seminar

The public is invited to attend a Route 66 Development Seminar on Friday, June 21 at the Melton Gallery. The event will include sessions on local development and tourism opportunities culminating with a keynote panel discussion featuring Lt. Governor Matt Pinnell and Route 66 Alliance Executive Director Ken Busby. The seminar is hosted by Claremore Collective.

A panel discussion featuring local leadership will include Jill Ferenc, Director of Development Services at the City of Claremore, Tanya Andrews, Director of Visit Claremore, and John Feary, Executive Director of the Claremore Industrial and Economic Development Authority.

  • 11am-11:45am – Case Study: Route 66 Development
  • 12pm – 1pm – Keynote Panel

Claremore Collective is a young professionals organization assembled as a unifying voice to move the community forward. Its focus is to represent the interests of young professionals and develop the next generation of leaders. The organization was founded in 2016. 

The Claremore Collective Government Relations, Development, and Arts and Entertainment Crews work to identify and address issues that affect the community’s historical assets and the future growth of Claremore. 

The Melton Gallery is located next to CVS Pharmacy on historic Route 66. off of Lynn Riggs Blvd.
