Festival of Trees
December 4, 2015 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm$40
Over the past 11 years, the Safenet Services Festival of Trees gala has become a Claremore Christmas tradition. This year’s event will take place Friday, December 4th, at the new Claremore Conference Center.
Festival of Trees features a silent auction beginning at 6:00 p.m., followed by the live auction at 7:15. Beautiful, elaborate Christmas trees decorated by designers and sponsored by individuals and businesses will be auctioned off. To ease stress of the holidays, Safenet’s elves will even deliver your fully decorated tree to your home or business the next morning. A variety of other beautiful holiday décor items, gifts, and experiences will also be auctioned off that evening.
Last year, nearly 200 guests were in attendance, as the former Drug Warehouse building was transformed into a rustic winter wonderland. This year, modern elegance is the theme and the conference center will be decorated to the nines. Expect a cheerful evening of live music, wine, and heavy hors d’oeuvres from Hammett House.
“Expect to have a great time at this year’s Festival of Trees,” says Safenet Executive Director Donna Grabow. “Our volunteers always outdo themselves. Each year gets bigger and better.”
“We are still looking for tree sponsors, event sponsors, and table sponsors,” Emily Brown, Safenet Resource Coordinator says. “It is a fun way for businesses and individuals to get in the holiday spirit and give to a great cause.”
Tickets are available for just $40 at the Safenet office at 1219 W. Dupont. Table reservations for 8 or 10 are also available. All proceeds benefit Safenet Services and are tax deductible.
