Just Start.

How many times have you heard “I’ll start Monday?” Have YOU said it? I know I have. So I’m kindly asking you today, if you are starting on Monday do you have a plan? Are you prepared when that alarm goes off on Monday morning you are going¬†to stick with your promise you made to yourself?

What it really comes down to is it doesn’t matter what day you start, as long as you JUST START!

I’m going to be honest. It’s something about this time of year that the weight begins to inch on. The cold, the comfort food, the comfy leggings and boots. Then BAM! I put on a pair of jeans and wonder what just happened? Do you know what I’m saying?

TODAY I’m planning for my week. Because 15 minutes of planning is so much better than 15 pounds at the beginning of the New Year.
