The Leadership Rogers County Class of 2021 recently made a check presentation to local non-profit, Light of Hope. Light of Hope is a 501(c)(3) non-profit ministry for addiction and other life difficulties, assisting families and individuals through support groups, community education, school drug education, workplace readiness, helpful resources, and encouragement for the future.
Each year, the Leadership Rogers County class chooses a local organization to benefit from the annual LRC golf tournament. The class votes together after visiting a variety of organizations. This year, Light of Hope was the winner! The donation will be used to pay for a construction/expansion project in Light of Hope’s new facility at 403 W. 1st St.
