How to Qualify for Mutton Bustin’ at the Claremore Rodeo

Mutton Bustin’ is back at the Will Rogers Stampede Rodeo, but this year, they’ve changed it up! Contestants will need to participate in a qualifier this Sunday, April 28, at 2p. The event will be held at Cowboy Country Fellowship in Talala. Riders must attend this and qualify to be eligible for the Will Rogers Stampede Rodeo in Claremore on Memorial Day weekend.

Mutton Bustin’ will be held before each night’s 8p rodeo performance. Riders must weigh no more than 70 pounds.

Registration is $20. Deadline to sign up is 1:30p on Sunday, April 28. Registration forms are available at any Claremore RCB location, Stillwater Milling, Claremore Expo, and Mid-America Feed in Talala.
