- Remove portable buildings all sites and annex at Claremont (relocate those classes into permanent structures)
- Entrance at Claremont and High School
- Replacing 11 year-old turf at Lantow Field
- Replacement/resurfacing of tennis courts and renovation
- Renovate Andy Payne Soccer / Track facility
- Restore & Re-purpose or Replace the “Rubber / Practice” gymnasium at CHS to include additional multi-sport locker rooms storage and student learning spaces.
