The Claremore Super Recreation Center offers a ton of fun aerobics classes for all fitness levels. One of the newest is Boot Camp!

Boot Camp is a fun cardio and muscle-strengthening workout using a variety of equipment including battle ropes, sleds and weighted bags. Calisthenics are added to the mix to boost your calorie burn!

Boot Camp is held in the basketball gym with Andrea on Wednesdays at 5p and Trish on Thursdays at 10a. A class is offered on Sundays at 5p, with an instructor rotation of Natalie, Mel and Trish.

Challenge yourself and have some fun at Boot Camp! If you’re not a rec center member, you can purchase a class pass for $5 to try it out and see if you like it. You will!
