Yoga has tons of health benefits. Lifting weights is incredible in so many ways. Cardio is so good for you. Swimming, biking, dancing, kickboxing… they all are great for so many reasons. They all even have research backing up why they’re awesome. BUT they’re only awesome if you actually DO them!
Let’s be honest…If you hate a workout, you’re not going to stick with it long term, no matter what the research says… Right?!?! So find something you love; find something that makes you happy and makes you feel good; and DO IT consistently. And whatever it is, THAT is the best workout for YOU!
