Latin Cycle will now be offered on Thursdays at 4:30p. Instructor Andrea Loza is bilingual, so she will offer a mix of upbeat songs in both English and Spanish, as well as a super cardio workout! This class is perfect for the Rec’s Spanish-speaking members.
Another new choice is Barre. Barre mixes elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training. During the class you will utilize the barre, bands and mini balls to feel the burn! Join Jill Moody on Tuesday evenings at 5:45pm for this total body workout.
