Take your dad to DADfest on Father’s Day, Sunday, June 17, at the First United Methodist Church in Claremore. DADfest is dedicated to fathers and father figures who have made a positive impact on those around them.
Free food and activities begin at 11a. Don’t miss the car and motorcycle show, an 8-story hot air balloon, canoeing on the pond, family lawn games, zoo animals, inflatable slip and slide, live music, and so much more.
Be sure to come hungry! There will be free bar-b-que, hot dogs, and Siegi’s Sausage Factory bratwurst. Sno-cones will be available for the whole family. Picnickers are asked to bring some chips or a dessert to share. If you want to make Dad feel extra special, you can buy him a Rib Eye steak, made to order at the picnic.
