Claremore Wildlife Rescue Seeking Volunteers

We’ve got a special message from the folks at Wild Heart Ranch!

As our orphan season begins, I am finding us short handed as many of our regular volunteers have suddenly experienced changes in their lives leading them away from their dedicated time here. I need to recruit several people willing to dedicate at LEAST one day or evening per week to caring for our animals.
Day shift is 9-2
Evening shift is 3 to whenever the work is done, or as long as you can stay.
We work 7 days a week, 365 days per year.

Volunteers will be cleaning cages, doing laundry, cleaning floors, washing dishes and feeding babies. We will train volunteers who show up regularly to feed the babies once they have established they are serious about being a reliable pair of hands that will show up regularly and learn how to properly feed.
(this is for the safety of our babies).

If you are 18 or older, enjoy a clean, positive ‘people drama free’ environment and don’t mind a whole lot of organized chaos, show up at the shift you desire at the time it begins and we will get you started.

The sooner you begin, the less lost you will be when we get slammed. There will come a point in our season when we simply will not have time to train anyone new on anything other than cleaning.

We have an open house May 5th for those who just want to see the operation.

If you have any questions, please text me directly at 918 949 0158.

For those waiting for a call or email to begin volunteering, THIS IS IT!
