Motivation Monday: So Much MORE

When you take care of your health, other things fall into place.

You reduce your chances of getting chronic illnesses.

You improve your quality of life.

You perform better at work and in life.

You sleep better.

You have more to GIVE others, rather than putting a BURDEN on others to take care of you when ill.

You have a more positive outlook overall.

You save money and time on medical care.

I guess the question is, why would anyone NOT want to invest in their well-being?? Nothing is going to give you what a healthy body & mind will.
