Motivation Monday: Use It or Lose It

“You’ve been blessed with muscle. Use it or lose it.”

If you’re not strength training or exercising, over time your muscles slowly waste away. I really hate the thought of that! So many times I don’t feel like working out… but I just have to do it anyway.  #DoItAnyway

If you’re too busy, work too many hours, or don’t have the energy to exercise consistently, maybe consider a new schedule (or new career 😱). Feeling healthy is a must! Right?! And being energetic & confident in your own skin is priceless.
