Motivation is the desire to do the things. #Motivation is the difference between waking up early to pound the pavement or push play vs. procrastinating. It’s the crucial element in setting and attaining goals. We can influence our own levels of motivation and self-control. You just gotta figure out what you want, power through the pain period, and start being who you want to be. 👌🏼👊🏼
