Sports centers across Oklahoma provide the community a space to hone their skills, where people of all athletic levels can stay fit. Whether you’re a professional superstar in the making or a non-athlete, you can still enjoy sports like tennis, golf, soccer, and more at these 11 great sports centers in the state!

1. Indian Spring Sports Complex, Broken Arrow, OK

Home of the Broken Arrow Soccer Club, Indian Spring is home to baseball and softball. There are programs for kids and adults. The complex hosts tournaments and regular play.

2. Sooner Park, Bartlesville, OK

Bartlesville is home to many different facilities, but the one that stands out is Sooner Park. The park has a volleyball court, disc golf, swimming, horseshoes and miniature golf. Kids and adults can find plenty of outdoor fun here!

3. Chickasha Sports Complex, Chickasha, OK 

Baseball, football, soccer and softball share this complex southwest of Oklahoma City. The facility is open to hosting many different sporting events, so just give them a call to find out what’s going on!

4. Claremore Rec Center, Claremore, OK

The Claremore Parks and Recreation Department run this facility. Memberships are available, but you do not have to be a member to purchase a day pass to enjoy swimming or check out the weight room. The center also offers basketball, tennis, volleyball, racquetball and a walking path.

5. Mitch Park Sports Complex, Edmond, OK 

Although Mitch Park focuses on children’s programs, it’s a great place for baseball, softball and little league football. The YMCA also has a rec and aquatic center at Mitch Park offering swimming, track, volleyball, lacrosse, indoor soccer and more.

6. J.I. Stipe Recreation Center, McAlester, OK 

This community facility has a gymnasium for basketball and volleyball, racquetball courts and exercise rooms for men and women. It also has showers and saunas as part of its offerings. Leagues start during different times of the year, so check their calendar.

7. Joe B. Barnes Regional Park, Midwest City, OK 

This park has baseball/softball facilities, a basketball court, soccer fields, swimming, tennis, volleyball and more all year round. It’s a great place to come out and play with the kids or be part of a team.

Soccer, baseball, and softball for adults and youth, plus fitness classes are available at this facility. It also has an outdoor skate park, activity trail, water park and summer camps for the kids.

9. Couch Park, Stillwater, OK 

Over 100 acres of recreation including football, soccer, disc golf and baseball await at this local park. They also have a swimming pool and playgrounds. Youth and adults will both find something here to stay active and healthy.

10. The Center for Individuals with Physical Challenges, Tulsa, OK

Tulsa is home to many sports centers, but this one stands out because it is one of the only known facilities in the U.S. providing fitness and recreation to the disabled community. You don’t need to be in a wheelchair to use the facilities, but you do need to meet their membership criteria. It’s a fantastic sports facility, and a wonderful aspect of the Tulsa community.

Oklahoma City has multiple facilities which are home to many different sports.
