On May 25th in downtown Claremore, Boots on the Boulevard will take over the streets. In addition to the awesome activities for kids and the vendors and the food trucks, the Will Rogers Stampede Rodeo will present a live music stage right here on Missouri Ave!
The concert will be free and the stage will be located between the Main Street Tavern and the North Block Common building at 115 N. Missouri Ave. Back Road Story will open the night and Shinyribs will be back in town to rock the block!
Taking the stage for the first time in Claremore, Missouri-based band, Back Road Story.
Band Bio: (backroadstory.com/bio) “The band consists of lead singer, Chelsey Seboldt, two guitarists, Jacob Watson and Chris Beasley, bassist, Hunter Hathcoat, and drummer, Dakota Watson. The band was formed in the fall of 2015, however, three members of the band have been playing music together for eight years. With over 50 shows played in 2016 around the Midwest, the Springfield, Missouri based band has hit the ground running and shows no signs of slowing down in the music industry.”
Shinyribs had so much fun at the Cajun Cook-Off that they are back just a month later.
Band Bio: SHINYRIBS is the continuation of Kevin Russell’s musical journey that began in Beaumont, TX when, at 14, he found his father’s guitar under his bed, along with a sewing machine, a billy club and a box of comic books. Luckily he chose the guitar. Following his family’s oil boom and bust migratory path he landed in Shreveport, LA where he formed his first band. Along with the ShinySoulSisters he brings a unique brand of music that gets everyone’s feet moving.
