Make your reservations for a special Valentine’s Day dinner at MST Claremore by calling 918.283.4464. Tables will be reservations only, but there will be open seating at the bar available on a first come, first serve basis.
The full menu with no reservations will be available all other days, but on February 14th, only the special menu will be available.
First, you’ll share an appetizer of scallops & shrimp, seared with garlic herbs oil, served with puree of carrot and diced mango in a reduced citrus-mango sauce. Then is a side salad, your choice of either Warm Bacon Spinach & Egg or Roasted Golden Beet & Citrus Mango.
Next, choose your entree, either charbroiled filet mignon, roasted Cornish hen, or pan-seared red fish filet. The filet mignon is a 6 oz. cut topped with homemade parmesan whipped cream, chives, and five types of mushrooms. Served on a bed of fingerling potatoes and and pan-seared asparagus.
The Cornish hen is marinated in a mustard-seasoned parmesan butter, topped with cream of mushroom sauce. It’s served on a bed of butternut squash and mashed potatoes, with a side of pan-seared asparagus.
The 8-oz. fish filet is marinated with a sun-dried tomato sauce, topped with citrus-mango Beuree Blanc sauce and sprinkled with pistachio pesto risotto. Served with a side of salted garlic baby carrots.
End your special feast with a shared dessert of Chef’s homemade heart-shaped lemon zest vanilla bean cheesecake, topped with delicious strawberry sauce.
