Rogers County Mounted Patrol Seeks New Members

Rogers County Sheriff’s Office Mounted Patrol Unit is seeking individuals who would like to join their Mounted Patrol Search and Rescue Team.
“Tryouts and Evaluations” are scheduled for this coming Sunday, January 15th, 1 PM, at Claremore Expo Center’s Indoor Arena. Interested applicants must be 21 years of age, not possess a criminal record, and capable of providing their own horse, tack, trailer and transportation. They are required to fill out an application, complete the “Tryout” (evaluation of the rider AND their horse), pass an extensive background investigation, and sit for an Oral Review Board.
