Claremore Gym Doubling in Size!

You may have seen Fitness Time for Ladies out north of town on Highway 66. It’s growing! Members can soon enjoy double the space of the current facility, along with lots of extras. Dr. Kyle Hrdlicka has owned the women’s only fitness center for the past 10 years, moving to its current location in the North Park Medical complex just five years ago. The current renovation will bring the space to 12,000 square feet.

The addition will feature a hair and nail salon, Chic Salon, operated by certified stylist and Zumba instructor, Kayla Jochman. There will also be a co-ed spa with relaxation services and massage therapy operated by Leslie Cohen, MT. It will be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays by appointment.

Most people think of cardio machines at the gym, like ellipticals and treadmills. Fitness Time for Ladies is adding more of those, plus stair steppers and rowing machines. A swim spa and heated whirlpool are more new features.

Hrdlicka is pleased to offer more options to members without raising membership dues.

Fitness Time for Ladies also has a hefty class schedule, with a variety of aerobic offerings, like Zumba, spin, step, and kickboxing. Yoga and self-defense are also on the schedule, with several other options, as well. The full schedule can be found on the Fitness Time for Ladies facebook page. Classes are included in the monthly fee for members, so it doesn’t cost anything extra to try something new. Tanning is included, too!

A membership at Fitness Time for Ladies is $49.05 (auto draft), and includes everything we’ve mentioned. Pay in advance and it’s just $40 per month! For more package options and class schedules, click HERE!
