Here’s a #HealthyTip // I was reminded of this when traveling for the holiday last week & visiting multiple restaurants. Have you tried the ‘fork method’ when eating a salad??

1) Order salad with dressing on the side. 
2) Before sticking the fork into the salad, dip the fork in the dressing. … And instead of scarfing up ¼ cup of dressing or more, the fork method generally uses less than two tablespoons, which means that the calories only equate to a small fraction as compared to a restaurant’s typical portion.
