Claremore Teen Wins Scholarship

juliewarrenThe Mary Klassen Scholarship, in the amount of $2,500 was awarded this year to Julie Warren. The Mary Klassen Scholarship is administered by the Claremore Public Schools Foundation. Mary was a hard-working business leader, generous community volunteer, devoted mother and proud grandmother. She had strong core beliefs and knew the value of hard work and education. Mary passed from this life on August 9, 2013, but her legacy remains. The Print Shop, a business she founded which is now operated by two of her children, remains a vital part of our community. Additionally, her legacy of giving to the community continues as her children have chosen to fund this scholarship in her honor and make it available to Claremore High School graduates.
