Motivation Monday: Happiness Tips!

Happiness TIPS for you on this Monday!
1. Accept the things you can’t change. If you can and want to change them, DO IT!
2. Let go of the people who are holding you back. If you consider them, you already know who these people are. 
3. Blast your favorite upbeat song and dance it out (or sing at the top of your lungs)!
4. Go for a run or walk. A nice, long stroll. Go until you feel good; at the very least you’ll be tired enough that feelings will seem less major.
5. Contact someone you love. Just hearing from them can make your day better.
6. Smile at a stranger. It’ll make you both smile.
7. Give a compliment to someone.
8. Write down any negative thoughts. Rip it up! Burn it! Just don’t light your house on fire!!
9. Watch your favorite movie! No sad movies!
10. Realize that you are your own biggest critic. People do not see the faults in yourself that you do. So realize that they are NOT faults, and not imperfections. They make you YOU!
