When’s the last time you added something new to your fitness wardrobe?
It’s amazing how something as simple as new shoes can make one jump higher, run faster, go longer, be stronger. I am personally loving my new Adidas rocket boost shoes. A big part of the advantage of pushing ourselves more in our workouts comes from the mindset – – And wearing new clothing or gear helps us to feel more the part.
