Monday Motivation: Healthy Food Tip!

#‎FoodTip‬ // If you struggle with getting your kids to eat enough veggies, OR if you find yourself mindlessly eating their leftovers, TRY THIS!

Before beginning to cook dinner, set out a plate of cut up raw vegetables and a healthy dip. Leave them there for YOU and your kids to pick at while you are hungry. I find that our kids are much more likely to eat veggies when they are hungry. Even better, us parents will pick at them too!
