Yo Ho Ho, Avocado! (Hey, Claremore, It’s GOOD for You!)


How do you like to eat your avocado? I used to never eat it, but now seek it out about once a week or so… to put on a salad, spread on a sandwich, as guacamole. What’s your favorite recipe with avocado?
