Monday Motivation: ROCKS!

rocksBeing healthy and fit is not just about a number on the scale! Focus your energy on other positive aspects of your journey – like how many workouts you’ve accomplished.

Here’s a great idea and visual: When taking on a 6-week challenge, for example (and if your goal is to exercise 5 times per week), start with 30 rocks in in the first jar. Then celebrate when you’ve emptied the original jar and filled the completed jar!!
