Fitness: Time for a Change

carrieSometimes we need to CHANGE our fitness routine and shake things up.

It’s important to physically challenge ourselves in new ways bc our bodies will eventually adjust to any normal and extended form of exercise. Our muscles will recognize that they don’t need to develop any further and will accept their current state and ability. By changing our routine up and trying out new, interesting forms of exercise, it will allow us to achieve gains in strength, muscles, flexibility, and endurance. Plus it’s fun! So try SHAKING things up.

What will you do to challenge yourself this week? What’s a new type of exercise you haven’t done in a while, or have thought about trying?
