2. Training for me works on momentum. Setting a good tone for the week can help carry the good muju thru the remainder of the week.
3. Smashing your Monday session will make you feel like you are in control of your week, and that you can take on anything.
4. You need a brutal Monday to sweat out the weekend’s over indulgences.
5. You will be more likely to eat something healthy, as you will be in a more healthy mind set.
