To avoid blisters, rub clear gel deodorant along the insides of shoes. This will also make your tootsies smell better. Unless you use unscented deodorant, I guess.

If you didn’t have any gel deodorant on hand and you ended up with blisters, you can soothe them by soaking your feet in green tea. Green tea is a natural anti-inflammatory agent.
