Will Rogers Memorial Commission names Tad Jones as new Executive Director

It took Will Rogers to bring Tad Jones back home. He has accepted the position as Will Rogers Memorial Museums’ executive director. He will join the staff on Aug. 1. Jones is a former Rogers County legislator, representing District 9 from 1998 until he was term limited in 2010. About two years ago, he and his family moved to the Grove area, where he has represented the Grand Lake Association. So Tad, Sammy and their four sons, Logan Benjamin, Blake Alexander, Connor Daniel and Pierce Thomas, who is just taking his first steps, will be coming back to Claremore. The Memorial’s Children’s Museum has been a favorite playhouse for the older boys, now they can introduce their young brothers to the stage and playroom.Tad full garden
