A New Look with Circle Services Construction

Lonnie Fuller’s dad worked in the construction field. As a kid, he was surrounded by the knowledge of building and good business sense. Lonnie financed his Bachelor of Arts degree at Oklahoma Baptist University by owning and operating a landscape company. After OBU, he attended the University of Tulsa and received his Master’s degree. With Lonnie’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the industry, he knew he would open his own business someday. That day came in 1997, when he put all of that construction know-how, experience and business sense into a new project, and started Circle Services Construction, which specializes in both design and installation of drainage and hardscape.

Circle Services is a family-operated business that installs residential and commercial retaining walls, pavers, and drainage projects in the Tulsa Metro and surrounding areas.  Some of the many satisfied commercial clients include The Linnaeus Teaching Gardens, Tulsa Historical Society, Cancer Treatment Center of America, Oklahoma State University – Center for Health Sciences and W.W. Hastings Hospital, to name a few.

Lonnie has participated in various product certification and technical educational programs on the design/application of concrete pavers and segmental retaining walls. He and several of his crew members are currently certified by both ICPI (Interlocking Concrete Paver Industry) and NCMA (National Concrete Masonry Association).

Circle Services is doing something right, as they hold an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and have won the BBB customer service award three times. They also have an impressive list of references.  Their goals of superior quality and customer satisfaction have been met repeatedly, and they have the happy clients to back that up. Like Rodney Carrington, Walgreens and Chick-Fil-A. Pretty sweet, huh?
