A Creek Runs Through It

When Jack and Mary Lee Spinks moved back to Claremore about thirteen years ago,  they had in mind creating the ideal neighborhood with a  relaxed living arrangement.  On the edge of Claremore (across from Heritage Hill Golf Course) they found the perfect piece of land that, with professional design and landscape, had the feel of country living while close  to city amenities.  A creek meanders through the neighborhood, and professionally designed islands and open places are landscaped to a tee.

The plan the Spinks followed was to create a place where small lawns, designed to feel open, allowed for less yard work.  Also  for those who wish, the neighborhood association provides lawn care at an affordable price.

A number of respected Claremore builders have agreed to custom build in this well-planned subdivision. The restrictions and covenants were selected to promote an open feeling to feeling enhancing the beauty and security for all residents.

The minimum size for each home is 1500 square feet of living area and a two car garage.  The most exciting of the exacting  requirements  is for each home to have a 150 square foot courtyard  designed within the wall boundary of the home, increasing the charm of the subdivision.
